We collect your email address at signup and store it for account identification and contact purposes. We store call logs — extension dialed, call duration, and credit cost — for billing and usage purposes. We do not store recordings of calls.
Your email is used only to identify your account and to contact you about service changes. Call logs are used to calculate credit charges and display your usage history in the Console. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal information.
Voice calls are processed in real time by OpenAI's API. Audio is streamed to OpenAI for transcription and response generation and is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy. PotsBox does not retain audio after a call ends.
The Console uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used on the Console. The public website (pots-box.org) may be cached or analyzed by Cloudflare per their standard terms.
Call logs are retained indefinitely for billing reference. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.
PotsBox does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Account holders are adults responsible for their exchange configuration. Callers (including children) do not create accounts.
